With the production of the "Csárdásfürstin" Mörbisch commemorates Emmerich Kálmán, whose 120th birthday is celebrated this year. The Viennese Josefstadt star Helmuth Lohner is directing in Mörbisch for the second time so far. Stage designer Rolf Langenfass creates a true-to-the-original imperial ambience on the Mörbisch lake stage. The musical direction is in the hands of Rolf Bibl and the "host" Harald Serafin slips into the role of the "Prince of Lippert-Weilersheim" on the occasion of the tenth year of his artistic direction in Mörbisch.
