Bo Skovhus has found a new home in Vienna since a long time ago. For the series "Places of Childhood" the charismatic baritone takes Peter Schneeberger on a journey into the past and tells about his hobbies and dreams in his Danish homeland. He reports that he owes it solely to his laziness and chance that he became an opera singer at all. Together with the film team Skovhus visits his parents, swims in the cold North Sea, hunts with his father and takes part in a family reunion with his brother. This episode of the TV production was directed by Ute Gebhardt.
