For the sixth time, the International Music Association for the Promotion of Highly Gifted Children (IMF) under the direction of its founder and chairwoman Leona König is organizing the annual classical music promotion award "Golden Note". The show will be hosted by Alfons Haider and Leona König, who will welcome the most outstanding young talents for piano, strings and winds. Accompanied by the "Big Island Orchestra Vienna" under conductor Martin Gellner, the nine finalists, aged between 11 and 15 and selected in advance in a casting by a jury of experts, will perform solo as well as together with the artists of the international star jury. The violin soloist Lidia Baich, the soloist of the Vienna State Ballet Rebecca Horner and star baritone Clemens Unterreiner will judge the young performers' talents.
