Works by Mozart, Haydn, Schubert and Bruckner. The history of the Wiener Sängerknaben dates back to 1498, when a choir was established for the Holy Mass. Today the Wiener Sängerknaben are one of the most famous choirs in the world. They comprise soprano and alto voices; the Chorus Viennensis, former choir members, complements concerts and recordings with tenor and bass voices. The concert hall of the Vienna Boys' Choir, Vienna's new House for Music and Drama in the Augarten, opened in December 2012.
