On the occasion of the live broadcast of "Giselle" from the Wiener Staatsoper, Prima Ballerina Maria Yakovleva was happy to give an interview in the tea salon of the Staatsoper.

The very likeable dancer tells of the ups and downs of her impressive career, from her time as a student in Russia to injuries and wishes she has for the future. She gives exciting insights into the daily life of a ballerina and of course tells about her role as Giselle, which she has been dealing with for a long time.
